U-Spot Stimulation
A specialized technique targeting the sensitive tissue surrounding the urethral opening for a unique, localized sensation.
U-Spot Stimulation is a specialized manual technique that focuses on the sensitive glandular tissue surrounding the urethral opening to create a localized, tingly sensation distinct from clitoral play.
How to perform U-Spot Stimulation
Locate the U-spot, which is the small area of sensitive tissue located just above the urethral opening (below the clitoris). Using the tip of a finger, apply gentle, soft strokes directly to this area. For a more comprehensive sensation, try a “connecting” stroke: start at the U-spot and glide your finger upward to the clitoris, then back down again in a continuous, rhythmic motion.
To vary the sensation, try using a slightly damp fingertip or a single drop of lubricant to reduce friction further. This emphasizes the “feather-light” nature of the touch, which can make the specific nerve endings in the urethral area feel more reactive.
Why this technique feels different
The U-spot is an often-overlooked erogenous zone that contains sensitive nerve endings and glandular tissue. Because of its proximity to both the urethra and the clitoral crus (the internal “legs” of the clitoris), stimulating this area provides a distinct, “tingly” sensation that differs from direct clitoral rubbing. Connecting the U-spot to the clitoris via long strokes creates a bridge of sensation that can help build arousal more deeply and broadly across the vulva.
