The "Vagina"
A positional technique that shifts the movement from the hand to the hips to simulate the sensation of intercourse.
The “Vagina” is a positional manual technique that prioritizes pelvic movement over hand motion, using a braced grip to mimic the physical mechanics and rhythmic sensations of penetrative intercourse.
How to perform The “Vagina”
Lie down on your side and grip your penis using a Backhand grip (palm facing away). Roll your body further toward the mattress until your hand is braced firmly against the bed. Instead of moving your hand, keep it stationary and use your hips to thrust your penis in and out of your grip. For added sensation, use your free hand to feel the movement of your scrotum as you pump.
To vary the sensation, try adjusting the tightness of your braced hand or changing the angle of your hips. You can also experiment with a “grinding” motion rather than a straight thrust, which increases lateral friction against the shaft.
Why this technique feels different
By bracing your hand against a solid surface and moving your pelvis, you shift the physical effort to your core and hips. This mimics the biological mechanics and rhythm of penetrative intercourse. The change in perspective—where the body moves rather than the hand—creates a psychological and physical experience that feels more “active” and realistic compared to traditional strokes.
