The Squeeze

A technique targeting the clitoral bulbs and internal structures through compression and rolling motions.

The Squeeze is a manual compression technique designed to engage the internal structures of the clitoral complex, such as the bulbs and crus, by applying inward pressure and a rolling motion.

How to perform The Squeeze

Place your thumb and index finger on either side of the clitoris. Instead of rubbing the surface, press downward and inward to “squeeze” the clitoris and its surrounding tissue between your fingers. Once you have a comfortable grip, roll the tissue gently between your thumb and finger.

Variation: You can also treat the clitoral glans like a “tiny penis,” using a miniaturized jerking motion to slide the hood up and down over the glans while maintaining that inward pressure.

To vary the sensation, try adjusting the depth of the squeeze. By reaching slightly deeper into the labia majora while maintaining the compression, you can more directly target the clitoral bulbs which engorge with blood during arousal.

Why this technique feels different

The visible part of the clitoris is just the “tip of the iceberg.” Beneath the surface, the clitoral bulbs and crus extend deep into the labia. The squeezing motion applies pressure to these internal structures that standard surface rubbing can’t reach. By rolling the tissue, you stimulate the clitoris from the sides and base, providing a denser, more “full” sensation that engages the entire clitoral complex.
