Anal Circling (A-Spot Focus)
A specialized internal anal technique for vulva owners that targets the A-spot through the rectal wall.
How to do it
- Preparation: Ensure you are highly aroused and well-lubricated. Insert your index or middle finger into the anus with the pad of the finger facing toward your front (the vaginal wall).
- Locating the Zone: Reach slightly deeper than the G-spot area—roughly 3–4 inches in—to locate the tissue corresponding with the Anterior Fornix (A-spot).
- The Motion: Apply light-to-medium pressure against this front wall. Begin moving your fingertip in small, steady circles.
- Escalation: As the sensation builds, gradually increase both the speed of the circles and the firmness of your pressure. You may feel a deep, “internal” tingle that radiates through the pelvic floor.
Why it works
The A-spot is located high on the anterior vaginal wall, but because the tissue between the vagina and rectum is thin, it can be effectively stimulated from the “other side.” This anal approach targets the A-spot from a different angle, often providing a deeper, more “hollow” or “full” sensation than vaginal stimulation alone. Because the A-spot is known for promoting natural lubrication and deep orgasms, circling this area can lead to intense waves of pleasure that feel more systemic than localized clitoral play.
