Stroke, Stroke, Stroke
A precision-based internal technique focusing on linear friction along the vaginal walls to build steady arousal.
Stroke, Stroke, Stroke is a precision-based internal technique that prioritizes long, linear friction along the vaginal walls over traditional thrusting to build a steady, nuanced level of arousal.
How to perform Stroke, Stroke, Stroke
Insert one or two fingers into the vagina. Instead of a “come hither” curl or an in-and-out motion, focus on the lateral or posterior walls. Press the pads of your fingers against the vaginal tissue and drag them in a long, steady stroking motion from the base toward the opening, or vice versa. Lift your fingers slightly to return to the starting position and repeat.
- Variation: Experiment with the length of the stroke (short and flicking vs. long and sweeping) and the pressure (light tracing vs. firm dragging).
To vary the sensation, try using two fingers in a V-shape, stroking the lateral walls simultaneously. This creates a broader stretching sensation that engages more nerve endings along the sides of the vaginal canal.
Why this technique feels different
The vaginal walls are lined with sensory receptors that respond specifically to stretching and friction. By “stroking” the walls rather than just thrusting, you maintain constant contact with the tissue, which can lead to a more sustained and building sensation. This technique is particularly effective for identifying secondary sensitive zones outside of the G-spot, allowing for a more nuanced understanding of your internal anatomy and what triggers the most pleasure.
