Squeeze the Lemon
A multi-finger technique that uses the fingers to pull upward while the thumb targets the neck and glans.
Squeeze the Lemon is a dual-zone manual technique that utilizes a specific grip to provide broad stimulation to the shaft while focusing intense, localized pressure on the high-sensitivity areas of the glans and neck.
How to perform Squeeze the Lemon
Position your hand so that your four fingers are resting against the front (top) of the shaft and your thumb is placed behind the head (at the frenulum/neck area). In a motion similar to squeezing a lemon, slowly rub your four fingers upward toward the head. Simultaneously, use your thumb to apply focused pressure and rub the neck and the glans. Repeat this coordinated motion rhythmically.
To modify the intensity, you can increase the squeeze at the peak of the stroke, momentarily trapping blood in the glans to heighten sensitivity before releasing for the next downward transition.
Why this technique feels different
This technique allows for dual-zone stimulation. The four fingers provide broad friction across the shaft, while the thumb focuses on the “neck” and the underside of the head—areas known for having the highest density of sensitive nerve endings. The “squeezing” action creates a concentrated burst of pressure at the most sensitive part of the penis, heightening the overall sensation.
