Squeeze the Ball
A downward-sliding technique starting from the head to stimulate the length of the shaft.
Squeeze the Ball is a directional manual technique that focuses on downward pressure, reversing the traditional upward stroke to engage nerve endings from the glans toward the base.
How to perform Squeeze the Ball
Begin by grasping the head (glans) of your penis with one hand. Using your thumb and index finger, apply a firm but comfortable pressure and slide them downward from the head toward the base as far as you can reach. Repeat this descending motion, starting each stroke at the top and following the length of the shaft down to the pelvic bone.
To vary the intensity, try using the flat of your palm to start the downward squeeze at the glans, transitioning to a tighter finger-grip as you reach the middle of the shaft to concentrate the friction.
Why this technique feels different
Most traditional stroking motions focus on the upward movement toward the head. By reversing the direction and starting at the most sensitive point (the glans), you create a different sensation of “release” and tension. This downward pressure helps move blood through the shaft and provides a unique tactile contrast to standard techniques.
