Squeeze the Ball

A downward-sliding technique starting from the head to stimulate the length of the shaft.

How to do it

Begin by grasping the head (glans) of your penis with one hand. Using your thumb and index finger, apply a firm but comfortable pressure and slide them downward from the head toward the base as far as you can reach. Repeat this descending motion, starting each stroke at the top and following the length of the shaft down to the pelvic bone.

Why it works

Most traditional stroking motions focus on the upward movement toward the head. By reversing the direction and starting at the most sensitive point (the glans), you create a different sensation of “release” and tension.
