Press the Magic Button
A targeted pressure technique focusing on sustained and pulsing contact with internal erogenous zones.
How to do it
- Locate a Sensitive Zone: Insert your finger and identify a highly responsive area, such as the G-spot (front wall) or the A-spot (deeper toward the cervix).
- Sustained Pressure: Once found, press the tip of your finger firmly against the spot and hold it perfectly still for several seconds. Focus on the building internal sensation.
- The “Button” Pulse: Transition from holding to a rhythmic, repetitive pressing motion—similar to pressing a doorbell or a button.
- Vary the Pace: Experiment with fast, light “taps” versus slow, heavy “pushes” to see which creates a more intense peak.
Why it works
Steady pressure triggers different nerve endings than friction does. By pressing and holding, you engage the deep-tissue receptors and increase localized blood flow to that specific point. This can lead to a “deep” or “throbbing” sensation. Repeatedly pressing like a button mimics the rhythmic contractions that occur during arousal and can help trigger the pelvic floor muscles to respond, often leading to a more intense, radiating orgasm.
