Polishing Head
A two-handed technique using the palm to stimulate the glans with circular or rhythmic motions.
Polishing Head is a manual method that uses the broad surface of the palm to provide even, rhythmic stimulation across the entire glans while the shaft remains stabilized.
How to perform the Polishing Head
Apply lubricant to the head of the penis and your palms. Use one hand to hold the base or middle of the shaft steady. Place the flat palm of your other hand directly on top of the glans. Rub the head of the penis using either a circular motion or a back-and-forth movement. Adjust the pressure of your palm to find what feels most comfortable.
To vary the sensation, try varying the flatness of your palm; cupping the hand slightly can trap more lubricant and create a suction-like effect as you move, while a flat palm maximizes direct friction.
Why this technique feels different
The palm provides a broad, even surface area for stimulation, which differs from the targeted pressure of fingers. Because the glans contains a high concentration of nerve endings, the consistent friction from the palm can build arousal quickly and provide an intense sensory experience.
