Overhand
A technique involving a downward grip and a twisting motion to stimulate the shaft.
The Overhand is a multi-zone manual technique that utilizes a downward grip and a spiraling motion to stimulate the shaft from varied angles while simultaneously engaging the scrotum.
How to perform the Overhand
Reach over the top of the penis with your palm facing down and your wrist relaxed. Wrap your fingers around the shaft so they spiral toward the base. Move your hand up and down while simultaneously twisting it, similar to the motion of using a corkscrew. While one hand performs this twisting stroke, use your other hand to gently massage your testicles.
To vary the sensation, try changing the direction of the twist on the upward stroke compared to the downward stroke, which creates a shifting friction pattern that keeps the nerves responsive.
Why this technique feels different
The twisting motion changes how the skin moves against the shaft, creating a spiraling friction pattern that stimulates nerve endings from different angles. Combining this with scrotal massage increases overall pelvic arousal and provides a complex set of sensory signals to the nervous system.
