The One Person Threeway
An ergonomic position designed for simultaneous access to multiple erogenous zones with maximum comfort.
The One Person Threeway is an ergonomic postural technique that uses pelvic tilt and leg support to enable simultaneous access to multiple erogenous zones for a high-intensity, multi-sensory experience.
How to perform The One Person Threeway
- The Setup: Lie on your back and elevate your legs. To stay relaxed for a longer session, rest your legs against the headboard of a bed, the arm of a sofa, or high up against a wall.
- Access: This elevation tilts the pelvis, opening up the entire vulva and perineum for easy reach.
- The Technique: Use one hand to focus on “the front” (clitoral or vaginal stimulation) while the other hand reaches between your legs to focus on “the back” (anal play or massaging the perineum).
- Full Body: Because your legs are supported, you can also easily alternate your “front” hand to stimulate your nipples or neck without losing your rhythm.
To enhance the experience, try placing a pillow under your lower back to further tilt the pelvis, which can provide a more direct angle for internal G-spot or A-spot stimulation.
Why this technique feels different
Elevation is the key to this technique. By propping the legs up, you reduce the strain on your core and arms, allowing for a longer, more relaxed session. The tilt of the pelvis makes the internal vaginal walls and the anal opening much more accessible than when lying flat. This “all-access” position allows for high-intensity, multi-sensory input, mimicking the sensation of being touched in multiple places at once—hence the “One Person Threeway.”
