Milking It
A downward-focused technique using a squeezing motion to build tension and move blood toward the glans.
Milking It is a slow, deliberate manual technique that focuses on downward pressure to maximize blood flow to the glans and build intense physical tension in the shaft.
How to perform the Milking It
Grip the base of the penis with your thumb and fingers. Apply a firm but comfortable squeeze and slowly slide your hand down toward the head, pulling the skin along with the motion. Once you reach the top, release, return to the base, and repeat. Maintain a slow, steady pace, focusing on the downward pressure rather than a rapid back-and-forth stroke.
For an added sensation, you can use your other hand to maintain a “ring” of pressure at the base while the primary hand performs the downward slide, trapping more blood in the glans.
Why this technique feels different
This motion mimics the “jelqing” action, which moves blood toward the glans and increases internal pressure within the shaft. The slow, deliberate squeezing builds a high level of physical tension and engorgement, which can lead to a more intense and sensitive buildup toward climax.
